Alice received her B.Sc. in psychology with a minor in
mathematics from University of Illinois in 2006. She
completed her honors thesis on the influence of
emotional awareness on eating under the supervision of
Dr. Howard Berenbaum. After graduating, she worked with
Dr. Ed Diener as an editorial assistant for Perspectives
on Psychological Science. She is currently working for
Dr. Jeanne Tsai at Stanford University as the lab
manager of the Culture and Emotion Lab. As the lab
manager, she is helping to design studies and stimuli,
collecting and analyzing data, managing the finances and
human subject ethics protocols of the lab, supervising
research assistants, maintaining relations with overseas
collaborators, as well as organizing administrative
tasks. She will be attending graduate school at the University of California, Berkeley, to pursue a Ph.D in social/personality psychology starting in Fall 2009. |
