Benoît Monin received his Ph.D. in Psychology from Princeton University, after earning an M.Sc. in Social Psychology at the London School of Economics. He completed his undergraduate studies at ESSEC, a business school near Paris, and at the Lycée Privé Sainte Geneviève, in Versailles. Professor Monin has been at Stanford since 2001. In 2005 he received the Dean's Award for Distinguished Teaching, and he is currently a Richard E. Guggenhime Faculty Scholar. In 2005-2006 he was a visiting fellow in the psychology department at the University of Michigan. His work has appeared in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, Psychological Science, and the Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin. |
