Conference Registration
Overview
All attendees, including both presenters and
spectators, must pre-register for the Conference. Presenters
should first submit their abstract -- using the
Abstract Submission Form -- and, if accepted, should then
register immediately for the Conference using the
Registration Form. Spectators, in contrast, may register anytime before the registration
deadline of Friday, April 18th, 2008.
Specific instructions for registering are summarized below and are
discussed in detail on the
Registration Form. Please note that space for the Conference is limited and that individuals
are registered on a first-come-first-served basis.
Registration Process
Registering for the Conference is a simple two-step process:

Step
1: |
Complete the
Registration Form
and email
it to
register@stanfordconference.org by
the registration deadline (7:00pm PST on Friday, April 18th, 2008) |

Step
2: |
Mail payment
for the proper amount, together with a hardcopy version of the
Registration Form, to the
address listed on the form. Registrations with payment must be
received by mail by the
payment deadline (Friday, April 25th, 2008).
You will be sent an
email confirming your registration as soon as your form is
processed, so please do not email to confirm receipt of your form
or payment. If, however, you believe you have registered properly
and you have not received a confirmation email by May 5th,
please email
register@stanfordconference.org,
and we will make sure that you get registered properly. |
