UPDATE
The schedule for the upcoming conference has been updated here.
We look forward to seeing you on Saturday!

Welcome to the website for the Stanford Undergraduate Psychology Conference (SUPC), the premier international conference for undergraduate psychology students. This year's conference will be held on Saturday, May 17th, 2008; the abstract deadline of 7:00pm PST on Monday, March 24th, 2008, has passed.

Sponsored in part by the Department of Psychology and the School of Humanities and Sciences at Stanford University, SUPC serves as a showcase for high-quality undergraduate research. It also provides an opportunity for participating students to exchange ideas and to make valuable contacts.

The keynote speaker for this year's conference is Dr. Albert Bandura. Professor Bandura is David Starr Jordan Professor of Social Sciences in Psychology at Stanford University, where he has been on the faculty since 1953. The author of nine books and countless articles, Bandura has been the recipient of numerous awards for his invaluable contributions to the field. He has served as President of both the APA and WPA, and has been elected to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences. Professor Bandura's work has been instrumental in the development of social cognitive and self-efficacy theories, and their applications to fields as diverse as life-course development, education, health, psychopathology, athletics, business, and international affairs.

Undergraduate presenters and spectators of all kinds, from all universities, are welcome to register and to attend the conference, but space is limited. For more information, go to the Information page.
